Bake Mode

Prevent your screen from going dark as you follow along.

  1. In a stand mixer, cream the butter and icing sugar with the paddle attachment.
  2. In a bowl, combine the black sesame powder, flour, and salt.
  3. Mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough onto a baking paper and roll out to a log about 2 to 3 cm in diameter.
  5. Chill the dough in the freezer for 10 – 15 minutes.
  6. Cut out discs of about 1 cm thickness and bake them at 170°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
