1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on RedManShop.com, operated by Phoon Huat Pte Limited (PHPL) and its subsidiaries. We may update these terms periodically, and changes will be reflected on our website.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product details, including sizes, weights, and images. However, slight variations may occur. Product availability is not guaranteed at the time of purchase. If an item is unavailable, we may cancel your order and will notify you accordingly.

3. Ordering Process

When you place an order, it is considered an offer to purchase. Please verify your details before confirming. A Confirmation Email will be sent after your order is placed. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or incomplete payments. In case of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be issued for affected items.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes such as adding/removing items or modifying delivery details. We appreciate your understanding as our inventory and logistics are automated.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (S$) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST). If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you of the correct price. You may choose to proceed or remove the item from your order. Payment must be completed at checkout via available methods on our website. If payment is incomplete, we reserve the right to withhold order fulfillment.

6. Product Inspection

Please check your items upon delivery or collection. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 24 hours to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to approval and are the only form of compensation for defective items.

7. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of products transfers to you upon full payment and delivery or collection. Responsibility for the products also transfers to you upon receipt.

8. Product Storage

To maintain quality and freshness, store products according to packaging instructions. Avoid consuming items beyond their “Best Before” or “Use By” date.

9. Baking Classes

Baking classes are subject to availability. Upon full payment, a Class Confirmation Email will be sent. Please present this email and proof of identity on the class day. If you need to reschedule due to medical reasons, notify us as soon as possible with a valid medical certificate. If a class is cancelled, we will offer a full refund or a replacement session.

10. Loyalty Points

Earn Redman Rewards Points with purchases! Points are credited within 7 days after order receipt. They can be redeemed for vouchers but are not exchangeable for cash. All points expire 12 months from the date of issue.

11. Promotions & E-Vouchers

Promotional codes and e-vouchers are subject to specific terms and expiry dates. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

12. Limitation of Liability

We comply with relevant food safety regulations in Singapore. While we ensure product quality, we do not guarantee that products will meet individual preferences. In case of disputes, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of PHPL. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

14. Data Protection & Privacy

We respect your privacy and comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in Singaporean courts.
