Stir up the batter for this easy yeast bread, scoop it into a 9" x 13" pan, and bake up a moist, golden flatbread, studded with melting cheese and chopped garlic. Serve it fresh; or let it rest overnight, then cut into strips and crisp in the oven, to make delightfully crunchy appetizer bread sticks. This recipe is a simple variation on Blitz Bread, our simplest no-knead bread.

  • 1207RedMan Bread Flour 200 gm
  • 60125Muloliva Extra Virgin Olive Oil 10 gm
  • 64652RedMan Himalayan Pink Sea Salt4 gm
  • 50615Bruggeman Instant low Yeast Blue3 gm
  • Water 120 gm
  • 58964Goldentree Shredded Cheddar Cheese50 gm

Cheese Flat Bread

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl, except for salt and Cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix well then add in the salt and cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix to short dough.
  4. Take the dough out of the mixer and let it for 30mins rest.
  5. Divide the dough into 2 pcs and shape to loaf.
  6. Put on the baking tray and cut to 3 holes.
  7. Proof to double size .
  8. Bake in 220⁰C for 20 mins.
  9. Take out and put on the rack.
