Bake Mode

Prevent your screen from going dark as you follow along.

  1. Place 8 gm of Florentine powder into each mould.
  2. Top with pistachios, sesame seed, and citrus peel.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let cool before removing the Florentine from the mould.
  5. Melt the chocolate compound in the microwave until completely melted.
  6. Dip each piece of Florentine on the smooth side in the chocolate and comb with the decoration comb to create a pattern.
  7. Store the Florentine in an airtight container in a cool and dry environment away from direct sunlight.
