Instructions

Bake Mode

Prevent your screen from going dark as you follow along.

  1. (Preheat the Oven) Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly oil an 8 x 8-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. (Prepare the Flaxseed Mixture) In a large bowl, whisk Bob’s Red Mill Flaxseed Meal with water and let thicken for 3–5 minutes.
  3. (Mash the Bananas) Add bananas and mash thoroughly. Stir in plant-based milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  4. (Add Oats and Seeds) Mix in Bob’s Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats and Organic Chia Seeds. Gently fold in fresh fruit.
  5. (Transfer to Baking Dish) Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with additional fruit and/or nuts.
  6. (Bake) Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and set.
  7. (Cool and Serve) Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
