  • 1237 RedMan Wholewheat Flour 150g
  • Water 100g
  • 10386 Bruggeman Instant Dry Yeast Blue 3g

Bread Dough

  • Pre fermented dough 250g
  • 10386 Bruggeman Instant Dry Yeast Blue 3g
  • 1207 RedMan Bread Flour 140g
  • 58415 Deltasal Fine Sea Salt 1 tsp
  • 108133 RedMan Extra Virgin Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • 10683 RedMan Black Sesame Seed 40g
  • Water 65g

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Keep in the fridge for 12 to 16 hours before use.

  1. Put all ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix to a soft dough.
  2. Take out the dough and rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 pcs and shape it round.
  4. Rest for another 20 minutes.
  5. Flatten the dough and shape into a loaf shape and coat with sesame seed.
  6. Dust some flour on the tray and put the dough on it.
  7. Let it proof to double the size and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  8. Take out and put on the rack.
