Melt the Butter: First, melt a portion of the butter and set it aside to cool.
Mix the Liquid Ingredients: In a bowl, beat the eggs and add sugar, condensed milk and vanilla essence Stir well, then mix in the milk.
Add the Dry Ingredients and Butter: Add the glutinous rice flour to the mixture and stir until smooth. Then, incorporate the previously melted butter. Mix thoroughly and sift to ensure no lumps remain.
Chill the Batter: Place the mixed batter in the refrigerator for 4 hours to allow it to fully blend and cool.
Prepare the Oven and Mold: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, melt another portion of butter to grease the mold.
Pour the Batter and Bake: Pour the chilled batter into the prepared mold, filling it up to 80% full. Put the mold in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
