Tart Shell

  1. Heat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Sieve the rice flour and add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Knead the dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 40-45g portions.
  5. Coat the muffin mold with oil, spread the dough, and shape it into a tart shape.
  6. Mix 1 egg and lactose-free milk well, then sieve it.
  7. Pour the mixture into the dough.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
  9. Put it on a cooling rack and let it cool down before serving to furkids.
