Pre heat oven to 180°C
Mix soft butter and premix in the mixing bowl on low speed, till it resembles bread crumbs.
Add in egg yolks & vanilla essence. Mix till it forms a soft dough. Add in the chocolate rice and mix well.
Take 10g of dough and round it, press in the mould, Arrange on baking tray lined with parchment paper
Prick the bottom of the tart shell with forkand bake the empty pastry for 15mins.
Cool cookies for 5 mins. Pipe the Hazella spread on the tart shell and bake again for 10mins to set the Hazella. Cool it completely before keeping in air tight container.
